I ordered a couple of things from Hearthsong for my kids, and to be fair, they did enjoy them. The toys definitely feel more creative than a lot of the usual stuff, and it was nice seeing my kids actually pretend, build, and play instead of immediately asking for the tablet.

I liked that some of the toys had a simple educational feel, like encouraging problem solving and imagination without making it feel like homework. That said, I regret not looking a little closer at the reviews first, because a few pieces weren’t as sturdy as I expected for what they cost.

Shipping was fine, though not especially quick. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but I do wish I had been more selective with what I bought. If I order again, I’ll probably be a lot pickier

I don’t think it’s worth the money. It already felt overpriced for what you get, and then the terms seemed to change along the way, which made it even more frustrating. I just expected a lot more for the price.

I ordered this backyard toy thinking it would be decent, but it felt cheap as soon as I took it out of the box. After only two days, one of the pieces cracked and now we can’t really use it at all. I’m also a bit confused because the email I got made it sound like something different was coming, so the whole thing was kind of frustrating. For the price, I definitely expected better.

I tried placing an order, but the site kept glitching right at checkout, which made the whole process really frustrating. Then, after I finally got it to go through, the order confirmation took forever to show up, so I wasn’t even sure if the order worked. it was a mess, and I’d expect some kind of compensation for wasting my time. I don’t see myself using this again...

I checked out Hearthsong because I was hoping to find some fun, different stuff for kids, but i came away feeling kind of underwhelmed. To me, the selection seemed limited, and a lot of the outdoor toys and craft kits looked like things I’ve already seen on plenty of other sites, just presented with different photos.
I was personally looking for more unique finds, so maybe my expectations were too high, but I just didn’t see much that made me want to keep browsing. Maybe they had more interesting items before, but based on what I saw, it felt a little boring and not really worth the time.

I reached out about an issue with my order and they got back to me quickly. They helped sort it out without much back-and-forth, which was a relief. My gut feeling is they actually pay attention and want to fix things when something goes wrong.

I ordered and everything seemed normal at first, and the customer service replies were okay when I reached out. I figured things would get sorted quickly since returns usually aren’t a big deal. But after waiting around and checking back a few times, I’m still sitting here without my refund, and it’s taking way longer than I expected.

The weird part is, it seems like it’s meant for younger kids, but the age range didn’t feel safe to me. I wouldn’t feel comfortable letting little kids use it without very close supervision

For some reason, the shipping is taking forever and I haven’t gotten any updates. It still hasn’t arrived.
